Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy:

All sales are final. If the product is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately at bandit@bandito.com or call us at 800 880-5938 with in seven days of the receipt of the product and reference the original order number on the packing slip (or the name of the person who placed the order) .

Shipping Policy:

  • Sorry, but we cannot accept C.O.D. orders.
  • All orders are shipped daily, Monday through Friday.
  • Orders are shipped UPS standard ground delivery to arrive within 7-10 business days of the order date.
  • UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. Please provide a street address, or if shipping to rural route number, please provide the complete address and the nearest crossroads.
  • We do offer P.O. Box delivery through the United States Postal Service, Overnight Air Delivery and Second Day Air delivery for an additional charge. The telephone number of the delivery recipient is required, and rates will vary according to the weight and size of the packages. For details and rates, please call us at 800 880-5938.
  • For shipments outside of the continental United States including Hawaii, Alaska and APO/FPO's, please call us at 800 880-5938 for details and charges.
  • Each package we ship is covered by insurance and guarantees against loss, theft and damage.

Sales Tax:

Sales Tax of 6.25% shall be applied to all orders delivered to addresses within the state of Illinois.
